May 13th Soft Opening Day!

Launching a dream takes a lot of prep, but sending out my first official meals today made it all real. Seeing these boxes go out to happy customers makes every single hour in the kitchen worth it. 

On the menu: my signature, freshly steamed BBQ pork bao buns packed with crisp veggies and fresh cilantro, paired with a sweet treat...perfectly flaky, golden egg tarts.
